Let's Do This

We at the Friends of Old Stone Fort are committed to the preservation of the site, even if that means getting our hands a little dirty. Volunteerism
March 7th, 1PM - Weed Wrangle
Come out to help us remove overgrowth from the Park's historic Garrison Road Trail. We will meet in the Campground by the check in station. Interested volunteers should come prepared by wearing clothes you do not mind getting wet/dirty, closed-toe shoes, and a reusable water bottle. You may bring your own gloves, or gloves will be provided by the park. You may also bring your own tools. We will be working on the trail for approximately 2 hours.

Program Resource Guide

The Old Stone Fort Digital Program Guide was created with teachers in mind to give them a one stop shop to learn about all the programs available at Old Stone Fort. It evolved into a guide which is now tailored to any affiliated group, whether that be your scout troop, religious organization, or home school program, to offer visitors the necessary information they need to schedule a program with Old Stone Fort. We make this guide available for you here for your convenience. If you have any questions concerning the programs available please email the Park Ranger at Leigh.Gardner@tn.gov.
